Abstract
Jensen Hughes is performing a research study to evaluate the impact of the operational environment on train car evacuation. Pathfinder is being used to complete simulations of train car evacuation in train tunnels and in train stations, while varying occupant characteristics including the walking speed, diameter, height, and boundary layer. This research is currently ongoing, and results will be presented based on the level of completion at the time of the conference.
